WPM Real Estate Management in Owings Mills, MD, seeks an HR Generalist to serve as a trusted advisor to leaders across two assisted living communities and the corporate office. This on-site role focuses on employee engagement, talent development, and workforce planning in a patient-facing care environment.

The successful candidate will drive leadership coaching, organizational effectiveness, and confidential handling of associate information while supporting development opportunities for staff

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or 1-3 years’ related experience or a combination of equivalent education and experience
• Experience with Assisted Living or Skilled Nursing Facilities a plus
• Certification as a Professional in Human Resources a plus
• Valid Driver's License and vehicle for multi-site coverage
