Job summary

Asbury Communities in West Chester, PA is seeking an HR Generalist to partner with leaders and associates. You will serve as the primary contact for HR policies, coordinate onboarding for on-site employees, and conduct new hire orientations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, at least three years of HR experience, HRIS proficiency (UKG Pro a plus), and strong communication. You will process HR paperwork, manage associate relations, monitor compliance, and support daily

Qualifications

Three years of progressive HR experience.
HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) preferred.
Proficiency with HRIS and MS Office suites.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for associates and managers regarding HR policies, practices, and relations.
Coordinate and facilitate onboarding for on-site community employees.
Prepare and conduct new hire orientation programs.
Process HR-related paperwork in accordance with procedures.
Manage associate relations inquiries and support resolutions per Asbury policies.
Interpret and apply HR policies and guidelines as needed.
Track HR metrics and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Support the day-to-day operations of the HR Department with administrative tasks.
