Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of benefits administration and payroll practices.

Responsibilities

• Provides guidance and assistance to employees, supervisors, and departments regarding City policies, procedures, benefits, leave programs, and other Human Resources matters.
• Coordinates and processes personnel actions and employment changes, ensuring documentation is complete and accurate.
• Supports recruitment, selection, pre-employment, onboarding, and employee orientation activities.
• Maintains employee records and performs HRIS transactions in ADP WorkforceNow, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
• Assists with payroll administration and benefit administration.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Sociology, or related field
