Responsibilities

• Performs payroll procedures, timesheets, tax deductions and data maintenance.
• Recruits, interviews and selects qualified applicants; partner with managers.
• Manages full-cycle recruitment with posting openings, sourcing, screenings.
• Develops and maintains job descriptions; conducts FLSA testing.
• Facilitates job fairs and assists in personnel records and handbooks.
• Maintains HR change notices and file systems; performs other duties.
