Job summary

Arylessence, located in Marietta, GA, seeks an HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations in a manufacturing setting. You will manage employee relations, recruiting and onboarding, payroll and benefits, leave management, compliance, training, and HR policies.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience, a bachelor's degree in HR or related field, and excellent interpersonal skills with a high degree of discretion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
• Strong ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary HR resource for employees and managers on policies and HR questions.
• Partner with supervisors to address employee issues and provide HR guidance.
• Administer payroll and benefits processes accurately and timely.
• Support leave management and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding workflows, and HR reporting.
• Maintain HR records using Paylocity HRIS and generate required documentation.
