Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training for managers and employees on HR programs and processes.
• Assist with job titles, descriptions, pay grades and salaries in collaboration with business units.
• Support organizational changes and identify process improvements.
• Conduct full scale recruiting for the business unit.
• Prepare HR reports and data for metrics, trends, and government reporting.
• Investigate employee relations complaints and address questions on HR matters.
• Prepare separation notices, conduct exit interviews, and analyze turnover data.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
