Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as an HR generalist.
• Experience supporting manufacturing environments.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• Serve as a primary HR resource for employees and managers.
• Partner with supervisors on employee issues and guidance.
