Job summary

Elite Staffing, Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team in Raleigh, NC. This role provides HR support, maintains HRIS systems, and assists with benefits, payroll coordination and onboarding/offboarding processes while ensuring compliance and timely responses to employee inquiries.

Required: Associates degree or equivalent; A Bachelor’s in HR or related field is preferred. A minimum of 5 years in an HRIS or HR support role within manufacturing or warehouse settings;

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in an HRIS or HR support role in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Preferred: 3+ years experience with Workday, UKG, Beeline or similar HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in a team-based environment to provide HR support to employees and managers.
• Actively maintain HRIS and personal files for compliance; follow up with managers for incomplete information.
• Interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Communicate changes in HR policies and benefits plans to employees.
• Support benefits administration including open enrollment and employee education.
