Job summary

Ares Storage Management LLC is seeking an HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations, including recruiting, onboarding, payroll coordination, benefits, and policy enforcement. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and maintain confidential employee records.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and at least one year of HR experience, with strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• At least 1 year of HR management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Proficiency with MS Office and HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Administers payroll processes and benefits enrollment.
• Recruits, interviews, and onboarding for open positions.
• Ensures policy enforcement and records management.
• Supports performance management and investigations with confidentiality.
• Maintains HRIS data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
