Job summary

Ares Storage Management LLC is seeking an HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee records. You will ensure policy compliance and provide guidance to managers and staff on HR matters while maintaining confidentiality.

You will support performance management, investigations, and training compliance, working to improve employee relations and timely HR processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in HR, business administration, or related field is required.
• At least one year of HR management experience preferred.
• SHRM-CP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administers payroll processes, compensation changes, benefits enrollment, and leaves of absence.
• Maintains accurate employee records and HRIS data with confidentiality.
• Interprets and enforces company policies consistently.
• Guides management and employees on HR matters and workplace conduct.
• Supports performance management: docs, actions, evaluations.
• Assists with investigations, audits, and corrective actions with confidentiality.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Keeps knowledge of HR trends and regulatory changes.
• Recruits, interviews, and hires for open positions with dept managers.
