Job summary

Ares Storage Management LLC is seeking a Human Resource Generalist to administer and support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, benefits, leaves of absence, and maintaining employee records.

The role assures policy enforcement, compliance with federal, state, and local laws, and supports employee relations, performance management, and training. Excellent communication, integrity, and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field is required.
• At least one year of HR management experience is preferred.
• SHRM-CP is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Administers payroll processes and benefits enrollment.
• Maintains accurate employee records and HRIS data.
• Interprets and enforces company policies consistently.
• Guides management and employees on HR matters and workplace conduct.
• Supports performance management and corrective actions.
• Assists with investigations and compliance audits.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Recruits, interviews, and facilitates hiring of qualified applicants.
