Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to provide comprehensive HR support for a manufacturing operation in Lebanon. You will serve as the first point of contact for employee questions and workplace matters, handling employee relations, payroll, HRIS/SAP transactions, benefits administration, recruiting and onboarding, leave administration, and engagement initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of Human Resources experience.
• Working knowledge of U.S. and state employment laws and regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, and Kronos.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

• Provide comprehensive HR support to employees, supervisors, and managers.
