An HR Generalist at Eastridge Workforce Solutions will support employees and leaders across the organization, with a focus on Employee Relations and workplace investigations, plus onboarding, payroll administration and benefits support. Reporting to the Senior Director of HR, the role emphasizes confidential handling of concerns and compliance across employment laws.

This is a full-time position based in San Diego, offering opportunities to influence HR programs and work across multiple HR

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience with investigations.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws (Title VII, ADA, FMLA, FLSA).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with objective investigation documentation.
• Experience with payroll processes, HRIS platforms, and HR administration.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a trusted contact for employee and manager concerns with confidential guidance.
• Conduct impartial workplace investigations and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Lead performance management guidance and corrective action with policy alignment.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and employee engagement activities.
• Support payroll, leaves of absence, and benefits inquiries and processes.
• Maintain accurate HR records and assist with process improvements.
