Eckart Supply is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support HR operations, including recruiting, employee relations, onboarding, performance reviews, benefits administration, and HR compliance.

The role partners with local leadership to promote quality, continuous improvement, and high performance while handling payroll, HRIS (Paylocity), and policy interpretation. Strong confidentiality and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or HR or equivalent
• PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
• Experience handling payroll across multiple sites

Responsabilités

• Manage recruitment and talent pipeline with leadership
• Coordinate onboarding and pre-employment activities
• Support employee relations, policies, and communications
• Serve as first contact for benefits questions
• Maintain HR data and Paylocity records, reporting, and HRIS workflows
• Assist biweekly payroll administration
• Support compliance initiatives and audits
• Promote employee engagement and company culture
