Eckart Supply is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to provide HR support to employees and partner with local leadership to drive a high-performance culture.

The role covers recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, payroll support, and HR compliance using Paylocity. You will promote quality, continuous improvement, and a positive workplace in a full-time, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or business; PHR/SHRM-CP preferred.
• Experience with payroll processing for multiple sites.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
• Strong planning, execution, and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to work with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and talent pipeline efforts with leadership.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees.
• Support employee relations, policy interpretation, and communications.
• Serve as first contact for benefits questions and issues.
• Maintain HR data in Paylocity and HRIS reporting.
• Assist in biweekly payroll processing.
• Promote employee engagement and company culture.
• Liaise between employees and management; refine policies.
• Conduct exit interviews and drive improvements.
• Assist with HR tools testing, rollout, and support.
