Job summary

Corelation is seeking a Human Resources Generalist in San Diego to support onboarding, recruitment, benefits administration, and policy interpretation. The role collaborates with senior HR staff to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while delivering a positive, compliant new hire experience.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of related experience, a bachelor's in HR or related field, and familiarity with Paylocity or similar HR systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field or equivalent experience.
• SHRM and/or HRCI coursework required.
• Experience with HCM or other related HR software.

Responsibilities

• Manages onboarding: scheduling orientation, verifying I-9, data entry in HCM system, and E-Verify processing.
• Assists managers with new hire acclimation and reporting.
• Supports recruiting: postings, resumes, ATS familiarity, background checks, and offers.
