CTDI is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to support their branches in SE Pennsylvania. The role focuses on the human capital element, risk mitigation, and driving a proactive HR mindset among branch leadership.

Key duties include partnering with leadership, handling daily HR operations, and assisting in investigations, payroll changes, and policy implementations. This position requires 2–3 years HR experience and travel to multiple branches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Flexible to travel to various branches in SE Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Partner with branch leadership to support site business initiatives.
• Support daily HR operations and payroll changes.
• Address employee relations matters and ensure proper documentation.
• Assist HR Manager in investigations and in implementing new policies.
