Job summary

CTDI is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to support its West Chester and Coatesville branches in SE Pennsylvania. The role focuses on employee relations, payroll support, and onboarding, with a proactive, collaborative HR mindset and compliance with state and federal laws.

You will partner with branch leadership, handle daily HR operations, assist in investigations, and drive workforce initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• 2–3 years of HR experience
• Experience with UKG/Kronos
• Experience working with temporary staff
• Understanding of State and Federal employment laws

Responsibilities

• Partner with branch leadership to address site business initiatives and challenges
• Support daily HR operations (status changes, attendance, Kronos issues)
• Work on-site at West Chester and Coatesville each week
• Address employee relations matters and ensure proper documentation
• Assist in investigations and provide guidance on payroll, health plans, and leave policies
• Support recruitment and new hire onboarding processes
• Compile People Metrics (turnover, safety) and help develop solutions
• Identify training needs (leadership, safety, HR policies)
• Implement new policies and HR procedures at the branch
• Process payroll changes in UltiPro
• Perform other duties as assigned
