Job summary

CTDI is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to support branch HR operations and drive proactive HR initiatives. The role focuses on risk mitigation, employee relations, and enabling branch leadership to become stronger people leaders.

Requirements include 2–3 years in HR, knowledge of state and federal laws, and experience with UKG/Kronos. This onsite position offers weekly pay, benefits, and growth opportunities within a family-oriented company.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Exposure to different HR areas of specialization (e.g., Total Rewards, Talent Management).
• Proficient in handling employee relations issues while maintaining confidentiality with sensitive information.
• Understanding of State and Federal employment laws.
• Skilled in problem-solving and decision-making with a strategic approach.

Responsibilities

• Partner with branch leadership to support site business initiatives and challenges.
• Support daily HR operations in the branch, including status changes and attendance tracking.
• Address employee relations matters and ensure documentation is thorough and accurate.
• Assist HR Manager with higher grade investigations.
• Be a point of contact for HR questions and guidance on payroll, health plan options, and vacation policy.
