Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support across CDS Life Transitions affiliates and sites.
• Handle employee relations, engagement, compliance, and recruiting as needed.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures with leadership.
• Assist with training, compensation, benefits, and other HR processes.
• Ensure compliance with labor and employment laws and respond to matters timely.
