Job summary

TT&C One, LLC is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support our Virginia operations, including retail stores, distribution, and corporate departments. You will handle personnel actions, investigations, leave programs, and benefits while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.

The role emphasizes employee relations, HR operations, recruiting support, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR Generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Ability to handle confidential employee matters with discretion.
• Paycom experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• HR certification (PHR/SHRM-CP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee personnel actions including promotions, transfers, pay changes, and terminations.
• Conduct employee investigations with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Prepare corrective action documentation and partner with leadership on employee relations matters.
• Administer FMLA, ADA accommodations, personal leaves, and other leave programs.
• Process unemployment claims, employment verifications, garnishments, and legal employment documentation.
• Assist with employee benefits administration, life events, disability claims, and Open Enrollment.
• Support recruiting initiatives, hiring events, onboarding, and candidate experience.
• Monitor the HR Inbox and respond promptly to employee questions.
• Assist with HR projects, policy updates, process improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
