CTDI is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to support branch operations in the Pennsylvania region. You will handle employee relations, payroll changes, open enrollment guidance, and HR policy implementations onsite at West Chester and Coatesville.

This role emphasizes proactive partnership with leadership to drive engagement and compliance. Qualifications include 2–3 years in HR, familiarity with UKG/Kronos, and a Bachelor’s in HR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 2–3 years HR experience with employee relations.
• Experience with UKG/Kronos and payroll processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with branch leadership on HR initiatives.
• Support daily HR operations: status changes, attendance, payroll changes.
• Onsite at West Chester and Coatesville each week.
• Handle employee relations matters with documentation.
• Assist in investigations and policy implementations.
• Answer payroll questions and benefits questions during open enrollment.
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Compile People Metrics and drive solutions with leadership.
