Moss, the leading Solar EPC Contractor in the United States, seeks a Human Resources Field Coordinator to support on-site project teams and field leadership. You will deliver hands-on HR support across the employee lifecycle while ensuring a positive experience for hourly workers.

This role begins with six months of remote work before assignment to Moss project sites nationwide. You will coordinate onboarding, assist with payroll timekeeping, and help enforce HR policies, reporting to field

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience, worker relations, payroll, or workforce coordination.
• Experience supporting hourly workers, field operations, or fast-paced teams.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and policy application.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• As the HR partner for project sites, support field teams and leaders.
• Assist onboarding, changes, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding and ensure smooth integration.
• Review timekeeping and attendance to support payroll accuracy.
• Advise on HR policies and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate HR records and support reporting/compliance.
• Collaborate with HR and operations on audits and workforce initiatives.
