Target in Lansing, MI is seeking an Executive Team Leader, Human Resources to lead HR operations and partner with store leadership to deliver a guest-centric shopping experience. You will shape HR strategies, oversee recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and labor practices while modeling inclusive leadership.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will mentor HR Experts and Team Leaders, drive diversity and learning initiatives, and ensure compliance with laws and company policies

Qualifications

Experience creating and managing HR strategies and goals.
Ability to read financial reporting and interpret data.
Knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws.
Skills in recruiting, selecting and talent management.
Ability to influence across levels and partners.
