Target, Mesa, AZ, is seeking an Executive Team Leader Human Resources to lead HR strategies on the sales floor and in the back office. You will guide a team of HR Experts and Team Leaders to recruit, coach, and develop hourly teammates and leaders, while partnering with store leadership to drive guest-centric service and store performance.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree or equivalent experience.
