Target is seeking an Executive Team Leader Human Resources in Florida to lead the HR team on the sales floor and drive guest-centric service. You will champion diversity, coach leaders, and oversee staffing, scheduling, and HR programs to support business goals.

As a key partner to store leadership, you’ll implement HR strategies, manage talent, ensure compliance, and develop your team through continuous learning and accountability.

Formación

• 4 year degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong business acumen.
• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
• Manage conflict, lead and hold others accountable.
• Relate well with and interact with all levels of the organization.
