Target is seeking an Executive Team Leader Human Resources to lead a team of HR experts and drive talent strategy aligned with our guest-centric mission. You will be a consultant to leaders, staffing and developing teams while managing key HR programs.

You will read financial reports, interpret data, and coach across levels to propel the business forward. This role emphasizes diversity, inclusion, and continuous learning within a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications
