Target is seeking an Executive Team Leader Human Resources to lead HR strategy and support store leaders in building a high-performing guest-centric team. The role emphasizes coaching HR Experts and Team Leaders, driving inclusion, and delivering measurable store results.

You will partner with leadership to strengthen processes, manage staffing, and guide talent development across the store. The position requires strategic thinking, strong communication, and a passion for people and performance.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong business acumen.
• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
• Manage conflict, lead and hold others accountable.
• Relate well with and interact with all levels of the organization.
• Strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making, financial and quantitative analysis.
