Job summary

Target is seeking an Executive Team Leader, Human Resources to lead store HR strategies and partner with Leaders to deliver guest-focused outcomes. You will drive recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and performance management for hourly team members and leaders.

You will develop a culture of accountability, compliance, and inclusivity while guiding HR initiatives that impact store performance and guest experience.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree or equivalent experience or related work experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong business acumen with ability to analyze data.
• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and change.
• Ability to manage conflict and hold others accountable.
• Relate well with all levels of the organization.
• Strong cognitive skills including problem analysis and decision making.
• Ability to use handheld scanners and other technology in daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Consistently delivers guest experience commitments.
• Holds TLs accountable to deliver exceptional guest experiences through accountability and recognition.
• Reviews area guest, financial, and team metrics to identify gaps and understand team behaviors.
• Celebrates wins and sets clear priorities to drive results and guest satisfaction.
• Builds inclusive, high-performing culture by developing leaders through training and feedback.
• Lead HR Team Leader(s) who support the total store team.
