Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a Team Member Relations professional to support HR investigations, employee relations, and benefits administration in a Distribution Center environment. The role requires collaboration with leadership to resolve conflicts and maintain an inclusive workplace.

You will assist with payroll processes, policy implementation, and compliance, while upholding BJ’s culture. Some travel and weekend coverage may be required depending on business needs.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with colleagues at all levels.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Familiarity with HR and payroll systems.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, conducts, and concludes investigations and presents recommendations to the HRBP and DC Director.
• Advises DC leadership on team member relations issues, including conflict resolution and corrective actions.
• Fosters a positive and collaborative relationship between leadership and team members.
• Acts as an ambassador for BJ’s culture and inclusivity.
• Manages benefits administration including open enrollment and LOA tracking.
• Supports payroll processes and HR policy implementation to align with organizational goals.
• Maintains compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
