Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking an HR-focused team member to support onboarding, payroll, and administrative duties in our distribution and club operations. You’ll help schedule orientations, maintain access and records, and assist in ensuring compliance and smooth daily workflows.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with HR and payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Conducts new hire orientations and onboarding activities.
• Manages payroll processing and ensures payroll compliance.
• Maintains accurate and confidential team member documentation and records.
• Prepares, orders, and tracks office supplies; supports other departments as needed.
• Ensures attendance and scheduling adherence for the team.
