Responsibilities

• Team Member Relations: Initiates, conducts, and concludes investigations and advises leadership on related issues.
• Benefits Administration: Manages open enrollment, communication of voluntary benefits, and wellness programs.
• Planning and Policy Support: Supports implementation and oversight of HR policies with legal compliance.
• Administrative Compliance and Record Management: Tracks attendance, updates personnel profiles, and maintains confidentiality.
• Additional Responsibilities: Oversees new hire orientation, payroll processes, and adherence to company policies.
