BJ's Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking an HR role within our distribution center in Massachusetts. The role will oversee team member relations, benefits administration, HR policy support, and payroll processes, ensuring compliance and quality of records.

Travel and overtime are possible as business needs dictate. Qualified candidates have 1–2 years in HR in a supply chain context, strong communication, and proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and HR/payroll systems.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years HR experience in supply chain; 3–5 years preferred.
• Strong communication skills; proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word; HR/payroll systems familiarity.
• Warehouse environment exposure; ability to stand/walk/sit for extended periods.
• Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally; travel up to 50%; weekends/nights/overtime as needed.
• Work in fluctuating temperatures with PPE requirements (steel-toed shoes, etc).

Responsabilités

• Team Member Relations investigations; advise HRBP and DC Director; promote inclusive culture.
• Benefits Administration: open enrollment, voluntary benefits, wellness programs; LOA tracking.
• Planning and Policy Support: assist HR policy implementation and compliance with legal requirements.
• Administrative Compliance and Record Management: track attendance and corrective actions; maintain records.
• Ensure new hire orientation; oversee payroll process; ensure policy compliance; support DC operations and continuous improvement.
