Job summary

BJ's Wholesale Club is seeking a Team Member Relations specialist to manage investigations, advise DC leadership on employee relations, and promote a positive work environment across the distribution center.

The role includes benefits administration, payroll support, and policy compliance, with up to 50% travel and weekend shift flexibility. Strong HR knowledge and warehouse experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years HR experience in a related role within a distribution or supply chain environment.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel and Word; familiarity with HR/payroll systems.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work weekends/nights as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead investigations within the Distribution Center and present findings to HR leadership.
• Advise DC leadership on team member relations issues and corrective actions.
• Foster a positive, inclusive relationship between leadership and team members.
• Support benefits administration, open enrollment, and wellness programs.
• Assist in payroll processes, policy implementation, and record management.
• Ensure attendance tracking, staff profiles updates, and compliance with policies.
