You'll gain experience in core HR processes, benefit explanations, onboarding support, and data integrity while contributing to a high-performing team that prioritizes safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Human Resources or business preferred.
• 1-2 years of related HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide service to all employees by compiling and maintaining HR records and documentation related to compensation, benefits, HRIS, and payroll.
• Acts as a resource to all employees by providing information and answers to HR-related questions.
• Maintain current, accurate and confidential personnel records for hourly and salaried employees.
• Assist with onboarding, benefits explanations, payroll issues, and HR inquiries.
• Support HR data integrity and assist with annual enrollment and HR processes.
