Job summary

Amcor LLC is hiring an entry-level HR professional to compile and maintain records related to compensation, benefits, HRIS, and payroll. You will serve as a resource to all employees with HR information and answers to questions, working under supervision.

You will support data integrity in HR systems, assist with onboarding, employee training, and coordination of HR projects, including annual enrollment. A associate degree in HR or business and 1–2 years of HR experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR or business preferred.
• 1–2 years of related HR experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide service to employees by maintaining HR records related to compensation, benefits, HRIS and payroll.
• Serve as a resource to employees with HR information and answers to HR questions.
• Support data entry accuracy and knowledge of Workday processes.
• Assist with onboarding, new hire orientation and employee training.
• Coordinate HR projects and help with annual enrollment and benefits explanations.
