Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an HR Coordinator in Lake Forest, CA to support employee relations, HRIS, compensation, benefits, and leaves of absence. You will manage onboarding/offboarding, maintain employee files, I-9 verifications, background checks, and incident resolution while ensuring policy compliance.

You will also oversee the recruiting lifecycle, post jobs, align descriptions with hiring managers, and coordinate interview scheduling in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a HR coordinator.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
• Data entry in various portals, forms, etc.
• A key element for this position is the ability multitask & requires strong attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
• Well-organized with very strong attention to detail.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Excellence and professionalism in written and verbal correspondence.
• Proven negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in Employee Relations/HRIS/Compensation/Benefits & Leaves of Absence, Staffing/Employment.
• Navigate the new hire lifecycle, onboarding and offboarding paperwork, maintain employee files, I-9 verifications, and incident handling.
• Draft job offers, run background checks, keep I-9s & employee files compliant, and file new hire documents.
• Coordinate recruiting lifecycle: postings, descriptions, referrals, and liaison with staffing agencies.
• Schedule interviews and ensure timely interview processes.
