Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume onboarding and I-9 compliance.
• Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 and My Employee Central.
• Strong troubleshooting and process‑improvement skills.
• Able to manage 20–30 cases daily in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience reviewing E-Verify cases and resolving escalations.
• Familiarity with ADP payroll environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily I-9 compliance and completion activities with HR Operations leadership.
• Monitor onboarding progress and completeness of I-9 documentation.
• Manage approximately 20–30 cases daily, including higher‑risk cases.
• Review onboarding and E-Verify cases and resolve escalations.
• Triage I-9 verification, form completion, onboarding, and escalations.
• Build and analyze reports within SuccessFactors and E-Verify.
• Identify onboarding failure trends and improve completion rates.
• Collaborate with Legal, HR Operations, Payroll, and HRBPs to resolve cases.
• Provide responsive support to new hires and stakeholders.
• Maintain onboarding documentation and records.
