Ordusion Technologies Inc. is seeking an entry-level HR Coordinator to support a range of HR functions, ensure compliance with employment laws, and foster a positive workplace environment.

This role emphasizes a strong understanding of human capital management and hands-on involvement in HR initiatives. You will assist in policy development, recruitment, onboarding, orientation, performance management, records upkeep in HRIS, benefits administration, training, and compliance with FMLA.

Qualifications

• Entry-level HR coordinator with knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with employment laws including FMLA.
• Experience in data collection and analysis for decision-making.
• Administrative experience in an HR context preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Manage talent acquisition processes including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Facilitate employee orientation programs to ensure smooth integration into the company.
• Support employee evaluation processes and performance management initiatives.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data entry.
• Administer benefits programs and assist employees with inquiries related to benefits administration.
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
• Ensure compliance with FMLA and other employment laws.
• Handle employee relations issues, providing conflict management support as needed.
• Support affirmative action planning and succession planning efforts.
