Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Human Resource Operations Coordinator in Itasca, IL to support onboarding and HRIS processes within the Total Rewards Center of Excellence. You will manage North America onboarding records, coordinate I-9 verification, and assist with data updates across HR systems.

Qualifications

• Some College/Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of HR Operations or HRIS experience in fast paced environments.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred; strong data accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Administer North America onboarding processes and new hire records in HRIS.
• Support creation and finalization of onboarding schedules for managers.
• Coordinate I-9 documentation validation for new hires (virtual or on-site).
• Support Mergers & Acquisitions activity with new hire paperwork.
• Update HR data for promotions, transfers, and terminations; audit data integrity.
