Job summary

ServiceSource Inc. is seeking a Human Resource Coordinator to assist with recruiting, onboarding, HRIS data entry, and personnel file maintenance. The role requires adherence to federal and state regulations and accurate record-keeping.

You will support I-9 processing, background checks, benefits requests, and HR compliance audits, while delivering quality customer service to employees. An Associate degree in HR and 3+ years' related experience are preferred; PHR/SHRM-CP are a plus; strong MS

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Human Resources or related field required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least three years’ related experience required.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred and recommended.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and ensure new hire documents are complete.
• Perform I-9 processing and verify I-9 documentation.
• Maintain new and existing employee personnel files and HRIS records.
• Support recruitment, screening, and interview scheduling processes.
• Assist with benefits programs and leave donation processes.
• Participate in HR compliance audits and data accuracy checks.
• Provide general HR clerical support and respond to employee questions.
