Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or HR certification required.
• 1–3 years of HR experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee records and personnel files, ensuring accuracy.
• Update electronic files and assist HR reporting and audits.
• Handle new hire paperwork and orientation.
• Track compliance items such as training and certifications.
• Process employment lifecycle transactions (hires, promotions, transfers, changes).
• Review transactions for completeness and accuracy before processing.
• Respond to employee inquiries and escalate complex issues.
• Provide excellent customer service to employees.
• Assist with HR programs and projects.
• Create and maintain employee files to ensure legal compliance.
