First Hospitality is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator in Chicago, IL, to support full-cycle HR functions and promote a high-performance culture across locations.

The role emphasizes onboarding, records maintenance, recruitment support, and reporting. Ideal candidates bring strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and experience with HRIS and MS Office; bilingual EN/ES is a plus.

Qualifications

• Two years related experience in HR administration or coordination.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with attention to detail.
• Able to speak, read, write in English; bilingual EN/ES preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
• Support onboarding processes by verifying accuracy of information and correct entry of records to the HRIS.
• Coordinate and monitor background investigations, reports and billing.
• Assist with performance review processes and recruitment activities.
• Coordinate onboarding for new associates and maintain electronic records in HRIS.
• Generate routine HR reports and assist with employee recognition programs.
