• Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP or HRCI) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full-cycle hiring process, including postings, screening, interviews, and applicant communication.
• Develop hiring criteria and compensation ranges with department leaders.

• Maintain HR policies and employee handbook in compliance with laws.
