We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to play an important role in supporting our team and contributing to positive employee experiences.

Day to Day:

• Oversee the full-cycle hiring process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and communication with applicants and hiring managers.
• Work closely with department leaders to identify staffing needs, develop job descriptions, establish hiring criteria, and determine competitive compensation ranges.
• Develop and maintain effective hiring strategies to attract qualified talent across interior design, project management, operations, and administrative departments.
• Coordinate with external staffing agencies and represent the company at job fairs, campus events, and networking opportunities to support ongoing talent needs.
• Assist with interviews, reference checks, background screenings, and the preparation of employment offer, including compensation, start dates, and other hiring details.
• Support the administration of HR programs related to performance management, employee training and development, workplace safety, recognition, and overall employee engagement.
• Help maintain company policies, procedures, and the employee handbook while ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
• Partner with leadership and team members to address HR-related needs, communicate policy updates, and promote a positive and productive workplace.
• Coordinate company events and employee activities, including holiday parties, team lunches, company picnics, and other initiatives that strengthen workplace culture.

Qualifications:
