Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to deliver tailored HR solutions for high‑level clients, ensuring compliance with employment laws and payroll regulations across multiple states. You will provide proactive consultation, develop HR programs, and manage complex employee-relations issues with a focus on service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 3–5 years HR experience required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and HRIS/payroll platforms.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Executive- and Elite-tier HR clients with focus on HR compliance.
• Understand client business models, goals, and regulatory drivers.
• Provide guidance on state/federal employment and payroll regulations including multi-state compliance.
• Develop and implement HR tools and programs (handbooks, job descriptions, compensation, PTO).
• Identify and escalate legal/regulatory concerns and support client retention.
• Document client interactions in HRIS and analyze data to identify trends.
