The Implementation Consultant, HR Compliance partners with clients throughout the lifecycle to minimize risk, establish foundational HR infrastructure, and deliver scalable people practices that support business goals. Strong consulting, project management, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience including compliance, consulting, or employee relations.
• Experience developing and implementing HR policies, handbooks, and performance programs.
• SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP/PHR/SPHR or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to assess HR compliance needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Design and implement core HR programs and tools, including handbooks, policies, job descriptions, and compensation structures.
• Identify and remediate compliance gaps and advise on employment law considerations.
• Lead client meetings, trainings, and communications to drive adoption of HR programs.
• Manage multiple client projects with timelines and deliverables.
