Crowe is seeking an HR Compliance Manager focused on contractor management in a remote-capable role. The candidate will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of contingent workers, ensuring proper classification, onboarding, and offboarding while partnering with Legal, Talent, Finance, and business leaders to manage risk and maintain compliant records.

Responsibilities include supervising contract classifications, managing SOWs, and maintaining audit-ready documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 5–7+ years in HR compliance or contingent workforce management.
• Must have owned or overseen contractor management lifecycle.

Responsabilités

• Understand contingent workforce requirements and recommend engagement approaches.
• Lead contractor classifications and coordinate with Legal on high-risk determinations.
• Create and manage job requisitions and related workforce requests in Workday.
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure onboarding experiences are smooth.
• Ensure active, approved agreements and SOWs, and manage extensions/terminations.
• Maintain accurate start/end dates, renewal milestones, and required approvals.
• Oversee compliance obligations and document policy/training requirements for worker classifications.
• Coordinate offboarding, access removal, and record closure.
• Maintain audit-ready records of classifications, requisitions, agreements and SOWs.
• Develop and improve lifecycle procedures, controls, and reporting.
