Crowe is seeking an HR Compliance Manager, Contractor Management, to lead end-to-end contingent worker lifecycle. The role partners with business leaders, Talent, Legal, and Finance to ensure compliant engagement models, classifications, and ongoing obligations across jurisdictions.

The position requires ownership of classifications, onboarding/offboarding, and documentation, with a focus on risk mitigation and process improvement. Strong experience with Workday and HRIS is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field.
• 5-7+ years of progressive HR compliance or related experience with contingent workforce management.
• Must have owned or directly overseen the contractor management lifecycle.
• Professional certification in HR or compliance preferred (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or CCEP).
• Experience in professional services, consulting, or multinational organizations preferred.

Aufgaben

• Partner with business units to understand contingent workforce requirements and recommend engagement approaches.
• Lead and document worker classification assessments and consult Legal on complex determinations.
• Create and manage approved job requisitions and related workforce requests in Workday.
• Coordinate onboarding to ensure smooth and timely experience.
• Ensure contractor engagements have active, approved agreements and SOWs; manage renewals and terminations.
• Maintain accurate start/end dates, renewal milestones, and approvals; engage leaders for extensions or terminations.
• Manage obligations and compliance related to worker status, documentation, and training.
• Coordinate offboarding with IT, Finance, and other teams; ensure records closure.
• Maintain audit-ready records of classifications, requisitions, agreements, and SOWs; support audits and remediation.
• Develop and improve contractor lifecycle controls, reporting, and communications.
