Crowe seeks an HR Compliance Manager, Contractor Management to lead end-to-end contingent worker oversight across the organization, advising leaders on compliant engagement models and classifications. You will ensure proper documentation, SOW management, onboarding, extensions, and terminations while maintaining audit-ready records and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, business admin, legal studies, or related field.
• 5-7+ years of progressive HR compliance or related experience with contingent workforce management.
• Must have owned or directly overseen the contractor management lifecycle.

Responsabilités

• Partner with business units to understand contingent workforce requirements and recommend engagement approaches.
• Lead and document worker classification assessments and consult Legal/HR Compliance Leader on complex determinations.
• Create and manage approved job requisitions and related workforce requests in Workday with accurate details and approvals.
• Coordinate onboarding for contractors to ensure smooth experience.
• Ensure contractor engagements have active agreements and SOWs with deadlines and approvals.
• Maintain accurate start/end dates, renewal milestones, engagement status, and required approvals.
• Manage ongoing obligations and compliance, including documentation, policy/training requirements, and status changes.
• Coordinate offboarding with IT, Finance, and business leaders, including access removal and record closure.
• Maintain audit-ready records of classifications, requisitions, agreements, and SOWs; support audits and remediation.
• Develop and improve contractor lifecycle controls, guidance, and reporting across units.
